This website is operated by V6 Autotech Solutions, Metro Pillar 366, 31/153-A 366, Parakkattu Temple Road, Koonamthai Pathadipalam Residence Association, Block A, Koonamthai, Edappally, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682024. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “V6 Autotech” mean V6 Autotech Solutions.

When you send an enquiry or raise a support ticket, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if given), company (if given), state, your message and, for support tickets, the issue category, kit brand, vehicle make, model and year, and any photo you attach.

When you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and the content of the conversation.

When you browse the site, basic technical information (such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address) may be collected by our hosting provider and, where enabled, by the analytics tools described below.

To reply to your enquiry, assess your vehicle, prepare a quote, carry out and document the work you ask for (including CNG conversion, hydro testing and RTO paperwork), and provide support afterwards.

To send service reminders you would reasonably expect, such as a cylinder re-test that is due.

To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information.

Enquiries and support tickets are recorded in a secure Google Workspace spreadsheet and notification emails, accessible only to authorised V6 Autotech staff. Attached photos are stored with the ticket.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business (hosting, Google Workspace, analytics and advertising platforms), and with authorities such as the RTO where that is needed for work you have asked us to do, or where the law requires it.

Where enabled, we use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel. These use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, how pages are used, and when someone taps a call or WhatsApp link or sends the enquiry form.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work without them.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube and our social media profiles take you to services run by other companies. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

We keep enquiry and service records for as long as they are needed to serve you, maintain your vehicle’s service and testing history, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent you have given, and raise a grievance with us.

To make a request, contact us at contact@v6autotech.com or +91 62383 33071. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
