CNG cylinder hydro testing
A controlled water-pressure test and inspection that finds weakness or corrosion in a CNG cylinder before it becomes a safety risk.
01About the service
What we do.
Hydro testing checks the strength and condition of a CNG cylinder with a controlled water pressure test and visual inspection, helping find weakness or corrosion before they become a safety risk.
Every cylinder fitted during a CNG conversion has a test date, and must be re-tested at the interval set by the regulations. We keep track of that date for the vehicles we convert and remind you when it is due.
